Stone columns and archway

Stone columns and archway

Stone columns and archway

Other than the trim stones on the archway, this entire housefront is comprised of a grouted natural stone. The use of natural stone rather than cultured veneer add to the look of this residence. There are more columns and much more garage that did not make it into this photo, as well as matching stonework on the back deck. The columns, archway, and sheer amount of stone on this house make it stand out.

Two Storey, full stone front

Two Storey, full stone front

This is one of many two storey stone fronts I worked on in the “Greens on Gardner” area of Regina. The stone on the front of this house is made up of manufactured stone panels. This is one of the most inexpensive masonry materials to install and yet it gives this house a bold look to its front.

Limestone archway

Limestone archway

The entryway to this house is made of limestone. Each piece was custom cut to fit. While this type of masonry is more detailed work than your average house it certainly makes a big impression! The bay windows and north wing of this house are made of manufactured stone that mimmicks the look of tyndall stone.

This light coloured and grouted stone stands out as a focal point against the dark roof line and stamped driveway.

stone fireplace

This gas fireplace is covered with natural stone right up to the roofline. This makes a nice focal point to a room and looks a lot more natural than many newer houses that install drywall above the fireplace mantle.

Because it is grouted stonework it is slightly more expensive to install but gives this house a classy look.

Single storey, stone front

Single storey, stone front

This smaller house has a manufactured stone panel installed up to the roofline. While we installed this stone on a new construction house, this same design is often a good remodelling choice for existing houses that need siding replaced or are just looking for a new look.

Brick Columns

Brick Columns

These modest brick columns are part of an infill house in Regina’s “Crescents” neighborhood. They mimic the look of some of the older brickwork in the area but are actually made of new brick slices in order to minimize the weight on the deck.

Lakeside natural stone

Lakeside natural stone

It took a long time to finish the stonework on this house. This was a very hard natural stone to cut and grout but the finished look was well worth the effort There is stone work across the front and back of this house; as well as a fireplace, interior walls and columns covered in stone. There is no shortage of masonry at this residence!
